What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is possible within 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation from the 29th day prior to the date of arrival, a voucher of equal value of the amount paid will be issued. It can be used within the following season; the voucher can also be transferred to third parties.
For any cancellations out of time and/or no-show without prior notice, the deposit will be retained in full. The reservation will be considered valid until 9 a.m. of the following day; in case of no-show and/or notice by that time, Management is free to sell the reserved accommodation to others.
For arrivals and departures at different times than those booked, payment for the entire period booked will be required in any case.
These conditions apply to all reservations that do not specify a different policy.

Accepted payments
We accept payments in cash up to 4,999.00 euros, checks, debit and credit cards (VISA, AMEX, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, POSTE PAY circuits) as per provisions of the law from 01.01.2023.

Tourist Tax
Payment of the tourist tax (from 10 years of age and up) is required.

Beach Service & Pool
Unless otherwise expressed, the beach service booked along with the accommodation will be valid from the day after the check-in date. Each spot at the beach includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds; each guest can reserve the number of spots at the beach he or she likes. The cost varies according to the row and the period booked, it is not obligatory to book it in advance or for the entire stay. The opening hours of the bathing establishment are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The swimming pool is open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Children are allowed to use the pool as long as they are accompanied and supervised by their parents. The use of a swimming cap is recommended.

Parking
One parking space is guaranteed for each reservation; parking spaces are not assigned.
The management reserves the right to request each guest to move the car to the most suitable places to avoid obstruction of traffic.

Pets
Of course, four-legged friends are also welcome for a small fee of €10.00 per day each. However, our hotel does not provide their food, so we ask our guests to bring it. Any damage to furniture or furnishings will be charged.
